Taxonomy
Inspired by “Loose Associations,” Ryan Gander’s 2007 design lecture on associative thinking, this publication contains a curated series of seemingly unrelated images that I've connected through an associative thought process exercise. The only similarity these images shared prior to this book, is that they all inspire me as a designer. To describe these images, I use specific terminology that I developed as part of a personal design taxonomy which are annotated in red on each page.
